Role Overview The Strategic Partnerships & Business Operator will be responsible for driving new business growth, securing strategic collaborations, and managing commercial relationships with production houses, advertising agencies, and corporate clients. This role demands a blend of industry networking, sales intelligence, and operational discipline. The selected candidate will act as the business face of FrameOn, directly contributing to the studio's revenue and long-term partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the film, OTT, advertising, and brand communication sectors. - Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with producers, agency heads, and content companies. - Present and pitch FrameOn's post-production capabilities DI, Dolby mixing, color grading, and finishing. - Oversee the entire client engagement cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, closure, and payment realization. - Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timelines, and delivery quality. - Maintain an updated pipeline report of leads, proposals, and conversions; submit weekly business reports to management. - Represent the company at relevant film, advertising, and media industry events. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine FrameOn's positioning and pricing strategy. Required Qualifications & Experience - 25 years of proven experience in business development, client servicing, or partnerships within the media, post-production, or advertising industries. - Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil (additional South Indian languages are a plus). - Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and manage client accounts independently. - Sound understanding of post-production processes DI, DCP, sound mixing, color grading, editing, mastering, and delivery pipelines. - Established professional network of producers, directors, ad agencies, or brand marketing heads. - Proficiency in CRM, pipeline tracking, and client reporting tools (Excel / Sheets / Notion / CRM software). - High personal accountability, negotiation skill, and professional integrity. Performance Metrics - Monthly confirmed business revenue (projects closed). - New partnerships onboarded (production houses, agencies, brands). - Repeat client retention and satisfaction rate. - Average project value and margin contribution. - Timely reporting and accountability.
