Job Description This role is for one of our clients Industry: Business Development Seniority level: Associate level Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru, Bangalore JobType: full-time We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Strategic Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth through new and existing business alliances. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building relationships, and enjoys translating opportunities into scalable revenue channels. You'll identify, launch, and grow strategic partnerships across diverse ecosystemsincluding marketing agencies, tech enablers, D2C communities, and commerce platformsto expand our reach and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the partnership strategy to drive new revenue opportunities and expand distribution channels. Identify, onboard, and manage key partners such as digital agencies, technology providers, and platform ecosystems (Shopify, D2C, etc.). Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to co-create joint value propositions and go-to-market plans. Strengthen existing relationships through consistent engagement, performance tracking, and mutual growth initiatives. Own the end-to-end partner lifecyclefrom prospecting to onboarding, enablement, and performance optimization. Track partnership KPIs, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance and revenue contribution. Represent the organization at industry forums, partner events, and community meetups to increase visibility and brand trust. What Makes You a Great Fit: 24 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel salespreferably within a high-growth startup or SaaS environment. Strong understanding of B2B ecosystems and how to navigate agency, tech, or platform-driven partnerships. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Highly analytical, with the ability to measure impact and optimize initiatives for business outcomes. Comfortable working in an unstructured, fast-paced environmenthands-on, proactive, and outcomes-oriented. Preferred Background: Experience in managing ecosystem-based partnerships (agencies, tech platforms, or D2C communities). Familiarity with CRM tools, sales enablement processes, and performance analytics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
