Job Description Position- City Manager / Branch Manager Location- Chennai Exp- 5-8 yrs Working days and Timing- 6 days Notice Period- Immediate joiner-30 days Skills- General Insurance sales with Agency Channel (Travel & Health Insurance products) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented City Manager / Branch Manager to lead our General Insurance business operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the Agency Channel, focusing on Travel and Health Insurance products. The role involves team management, business development, and achieving branch-level targets. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and business growth for Travel and Health Insurance products through the agency channel. - Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors and partners. - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and business partners. - Monitor and analyze branch performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and other statutory requirements. - Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to achieve higher productivity. - Identify market trends and competitor activities to optimize business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. - 58 years of experience in General Insurance sales, preferably in Agency Channel. - Strong exposure to Travel and Health Insurance products. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
