How are we different? 1) Intelligence Institutional-grade AI and quantitative research — carefully crafted for human context 2) Personalization Each portfolio is built from scratch — engineered to dynamically evolve with you 3) Experience Your thoughts to our actions — a wealth experience so delightful it will help you sleep better 4) Safety Unmatched transparency and security — well beyond just compliance requirements Compensation Highlights - Top-of-market cash compensation - Free access to our employee-only investment fund Role Description We are recruiting for a versatile PMS Compliance Officer to ensure high standards of compliance and corporate governance: - Lead end-to-end compliance processes and liaisoning across SEBI, RoC, and other regulatory bodies, including for initial PMS license procurement - Proactively anticipate regulatory changes and adapt compliance processes ahead of formal announcements - Undertake the responsibilities of our designated company secretary - Coordinate closely with external CA, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governance - Manage internal financial operations Preferred Background - Experience: 5+ years in compliance and operations for a SEBI-registered PMS, with a track record of successfully navigating regulatory audits - Education: Qualifications in CS (eligible to be the designated CS) - Versatility: Enthusiastic about proactively taking ownership of diverse responsibilities across compliance and operations - Bonus: Zero-to-one experience at fintech startups and interest in staying fluent in modern AI tools Culture Code Fulfilment in your life's best work Special forces unit Talent density is critical — a lean team of exceptional operators moves faster and solves unstructured problems more effectively.
