Job Description Primary Job Title: Delivery Rider (Motorbike) About The Opportunity Hiring for the logistics & courier services sector supporting UAE (Dubai) operations. We recruit qualified motorbike delivery riders based in India for visa-sponsored, on-site delivery roles in Dubaifocused on safe, timely parcel and food deliveries across urban routes. Role & Responsibilities - Execute daily delivery routes on a motorbikepick up, transport, and deliver parcels or food items to customers across Dubai on scheduled shifts. - Use GPS navigation and company delivery apps to follow optimized routes and meet on-time delivery targets. - Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions and issue receipts while maintaining accurate delivery records. - Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip motorcycle checks; report vehicle issues promptly to supervisors. - Maintain professional customer interactionsconfirm orders, obtain signatures, and resolve simple delivery discrepancies. - Follow UAE traffic laws, company safety protocols, and hygiene standards while on duty. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Valid Indian passport with at least 18 months validity and willingness to relocate to Dubai under company visa sponsorship. - Valid motorcycle driving license; ability to obtain UAE motorcycle license through company process if required. - Proven experience as a delivery rider or courier (commercial delivery experience preferred). - Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation and delivery confirmations. - Physically fit for prolonged riding, lifting parcels, and working in outdoor conditions. - Clear police record and ability to pass pre-employment medical checks as required by UAE authorities. Preferred - Previous delivery experience in GCC or UAE markets. - Familiarity with popular delivery apps and handheld POS devices. - Basic conversational English or Arabic for customer interactions.
