Job Description Position: Telemarketing Executive- We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Executive who is planning to relocate to Dubai. Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate / Sales / Services / Marketing Job Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound calling, generate leads, promote company services, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential clients in Dubai and other regions. - Promote company products/services and explain benefits clearly. - Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Follow up on existing leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates. - Maintain and update customer databases and call records (CRM). - Understand customer needs and provide relevant service information. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. - Handle customer queries professionally and build rapport. - Assist in marketing campaigns and follow up on digital leads. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Requirements - Prior telemarketing / telesales / call centre experience (preferred). - Excellent fluency & communication skills in English - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills. - Energetic, positive, and sales-driven personality.
