Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Raipur. The role involves identifying business prospects, building client relationships, driving sales of life insurance products, and achieving sales targets. The position requires conducting market research, onboarding and training financial consultants, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Qualifications - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management experience - Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities - Team management and leadership skills, including onboarding and training financial consultants - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field - Experience in the financial services, insurance, or sales industry is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
