Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the crane rental and heavy equipment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial projects.
  • Handle inquiries related to crane hire, leasing, and equipment sales.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events to promote company services.
  • Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the heavy cranes, equipment rental, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of crane operations, project requirements, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month
