Position Sales ManagerLocation Udyog Vihar Phase V GurgaonExperience 1 - 3 yearsSalary Range 4 -7 LPAWorking Days 6 days in a weekAbout the Role The candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes Must passionately represent the brand s and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process financing resolution and market development Key Responsibilities - Developing franchisee partners and expand the business - Present business plans to the potential client and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement for the exclusive - F- brand outlet - Be responsible for the entire sales process end-to-end from initial solicitation through contract completion which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes - Plan set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth progress reports - Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals - Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guiding explaining ROI to them helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the Business Unit - Assist and hold hands with the franchise partner from the initial planning and set-up stage till the launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational and fully functioning - Constantly coordinate with the operations team for ensuring proper and complete set-up - Serve as a solid liaison strong point-of-contact between franchise partner and the company headquarters head-office Required Qualification and Skills - Bachelor s degree in business or management - Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation - Good verbal and written communication skills - Working experience with sales techniques - Proven ability to plan and manage resources for manager - Should be presentable - Willing to travel - Having excellent communication - Relationship building capabilities Interested candidates can share their updated resumes with Sales Manager in the subject line ref updazz com
