**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE**

**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Experience Level**: 1-3 Years

As a Junior Accountant at IKidz, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with our team to manage accounting function and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Accounting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting Tally software.
- **GST Compliance**: Prepare and submit GST returns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to the latest GST regulations and guidelines.
- **TDS Filings**: Manage and file TDS returns as per the prescribed deadlines and regulations.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring that all invoices and payments are recorded accurately.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for.
- **Day-to-Day Banking**: Handle daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and online transactions, to ensure that funds are managed efficiently.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Audit Support**: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated with changes in financial and tax regulations in India and ensure that the company remains in compliance with all relevant laws.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized and secure financial records, both in physical and electronic formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (B. Com)
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations, including GST and TDS.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues in different departments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
