Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be involved in market analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and willingness to travel as needed
