Job Overview Invest Mango is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This mid-level position is full-time and based in Lucknow, Varanasi, Prayagraj (Allahabad), and Kanpur. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in sales, with a specific focus on strategic planning and luxury brand marketing, backed by significant sales presentations experience. A minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in a similar role is essential. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated experience of 4-6 years in a sales position with a focus on strategic planning. Proficiency in luxury brand marketing is necessary to manage high-end clientele and property offerings (Mandatory skill). Ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to varied audiences is vital (Mandatory skill). Strong understanding of sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales and adjust strategies accordingly. Effective team leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the sales team towards achieving sales targets. Outstanding negotiation skills to successfully close deals and secure favorable terms for the company and clients. Experience in sales management to oversee operations and implement strategies to improve company sales outputs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to expand customer base in the assigned region. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Lead the sales team to meet and exceed set sales targets through effective supervision and support. Organize and conduct luxury brand marketing initiatives to attract and retain premium clients. Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. Collaborate with portfolio managers and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to closure.
