Job Description About the Business PSSG (Partner Staffing Solutions Group) team supports the entire third-party employee management and is responsible for their entire lifecycle management. These outsourced manpower caters to departments that focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses, Cards & Merchant Acquiring and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank About the Role The TA team is responsible for driving the outsourced manpower recruitment activities of respective products in Retail Assets (Wheels, Consumer Loan, Mortgages, SBB, Cards, Merchant Acquiring) and in Rural Lending allocated to respective Centres. They will ensure all manpower requirement is handled within timelines and budgetary obligations and maintain a healthy sourcing ratio throughout for the zones allocated. Key Responsibilities .Manage and facilitate full-cycle recruitment process for outsourced associates for zone .Source mix management - including portals, cost optimization, referral management, new initiatives etc. .Engage with vendors on regular basis to keep the database updated .Involve in recruitment strategies and roadmap for outsourced associates .Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth process flows in the zone .Conduct trainings at regular intervals on recruitment/affiliated processes with internal and external stakeholders .Experience in leveraging a referral network in a corporate environment .Implement special initiatives with regards to automation, manpower rationalisation, trend analysis for outsourced associates etc. .Continuously contribute to the improvement of processes to increase operational excellence Desired Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: .
