Qualifications - Experience in business management, strategic planning, and budgeting - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage staff, enhance business performance, and identify opportunities - Proficiency in compliance with policies and regulations - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus - Ability to work on-site in Malappuram
