About Us Leumas is reimagining process manufacturing through modular, autonomous, and AI-driven micro-factories that enable wellness and pharma brands to launch, scale, and localize products faster, cheaper, and smarter. Role Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment — someone who’s driven by impact, curiosity, and hustle, not by hierarchy or comfort zones. This isn’t a corporate sales role. It’s a hands-on growth role where you’ll learn how futuristic factories are built, help brands manufacture products of the future, and directly contribute to shaping how the world makes health and wellness products. You’ll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams across NPD, Engineering, and Customer Success to identify, close, and onboard clients under Leumas’ Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS) and Dedicated Factory (FaaS) models. Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential brands in nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and wellness categories. - Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into feasible manufacturing solutions. - Collaborate with NPD, Engineering, and QA/QC teams to co-create client proposals and product roadmaps. - Drive client meetings, demos, and factory visits with founders and subject experts. - Own the sales pipeline — from outreach to contract closure — and track key growth metrics. - Support the creation of pitch decks, pricing models, and investor-grade business materials. - Represent Leumas at events, exhibitions, and client discussions with a sense of ownership and confidence.
