ServicesJob Summary As a Cluster Lead - Soft Services at JLL you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our soft services portfolio This position requires a dynamic leader who can oversee and optimize the delivery of services such as cleaning security reception and other facility management support functions across multiple client sites within a designated cluster You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery fostering client relationships and implementing innovative solutions that align with JLL s commitment to shaping the future of real estate for a better world -Proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams across multiple client sites -Strong understanding of soft services operations including cleaning security and reception services -Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Proficiency in financial management including budgeting and cost control -Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies -Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrioritizing the facilities needsWorking with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager youll oversee the propertys day-to-day operations and ensure that all administrative functions security issues and facility services are covered Likewise youll strive for continuous improvement in the process Youll also keep an eye out on the propertys supplies and ensure that it has adequate stocks and materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine Likewise youll manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients In addition youll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures and handling crisis management and business continuity plans Youll also be on top of health and safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them Also part of your mandate is to monitor the propertys budget As the person in charge youll make sure that theres enough petty cash to support operations Youll also see to it that vendor invoice processes comply with standards Going above and beyond expectationsClient satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge In this role youll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations Youll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements In addition youll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance Youll also be in charge of creating stock reports meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients Sound Strong knowledge of facility operationsPlaying a key role the ideal candidate holds a technical qualification and at least three to five years experience in facilities management You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety as well as aptitude in client-centric operations Solid background in team managementAre you an adept leader with a proven track record in
