Soft Services Integrated Facilities Management - Work Dynamics region country What this job involves To provide comprehensive facility and contract management for the client with a focus on continuous improvement To achieve financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets Floor Operations o Managing all outsourced service contracts and Jones Lang LaSalle personnel including inspections and quality management of service delivery - this includes all Cleaning functions Security Administration Reception Helpdesk Pantry and Mailroom services o Developing and implementing building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems o Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client o Routinely Inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained o Event Management basic sets ups coordination with internal client groups o Ensure Helpdesk service requests are attended to in time o Effectively manage the mailroom services to ensure an on time deliverable system o Achieve client satisfaction to Client expectations Reporting o Daily Weekly Monthly reports o Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as required o Managing Trackers inventory as per the task allocated Vendor Management o Manage service contracts including inspections and quality management of service delivery o Supoort in preparing vendor contracts Score cards defining SOW o Management of contract resource to achieve Service Level Agreements to Key Performance Indicators at optimum cost for Client o Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity as per the site dynamics o Manage all Health and Safety issues and actively participate in Health and Safety reviews while carrying out related jobs Basic Operational Skill Set o Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands o Demonstrated experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives required o Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements o Knows the inventory management good keeping knowledge o Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems o Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable o Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required o Achievement of Contracted Service Levels and Performance Indicators o Achievement of contracted Customer Satisfaction expectations o Management of resource to ensure no disruption to client business o Achievement of savings initiatives as agreed with Client o Delivery of Agreed Initiatives as per Client Jones Lang LaSalle Initiatives Road Map o Achievement of performance goals as agreed with manager o Understanding of Cafeteria operations will be an added advantage Acts as leadership role model for Jones Lang LaSalle by behaving consistently with cultural requirements Set stretch targets for self to achieve maximum team performance Is able to make difficult decisions and resolve problems or improve operations Actively searches out opportunities to achieve best results o Promotes open constructive and collaborative relations with superiors subordinates peers and clients o Gains respect of Jones Lang LaSalle people clients and where appropriate with the broader business community o Listens effectively and communicates through actions and examples Have strong written and oral communication skills o Flexible to work in shifts Sound like you To apply you need to have Mastery in the field You should have earned an experience of more than 6-8 years in Facility Management -
