Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions to meet organizational objectives. This role involves creating and implementing business strategies, managing client accounts, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive company growth and success. Qualifications - Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management - Strategic planning, market analysis, and sales strategy development expertise - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in project management and team collaboration - Familiarity with design and marketing services, including mechanical design, civil design, web design, graphic design, and social media marketing - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
