Location: Bopal- Ambli, Ahmedabad, Gujarat- 380058 Shift Type: 11 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday On-site Role Only Experience: 6-7 years in IT services industry Job Overview: The Business Development Manager- Software (BDM) will be responsible to drive new business opportunities, create & build long-term client relationships, and increase the company's market share in the IT services sector. This role requires a combination of sales, strategy, and leadership skills to identify new markets, secure partnerships, and close high-value contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services market through proactive research, networking, and lead generation. - Onboarding new clients. - End to end sales cycle. - Individual contributor, excellent team player and a dynamic leader. - Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, including C-level executives. - Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure. - Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses that effectively communicate the company's value proposition. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery) to develop tailored solutions for clients. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. - Develop and execute strategies to expand business within existing accounts. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review. - Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand presence and business opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 6-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry. - Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and technologies (e.g., cloud, enterprise solutions, software development, cybersecurity). - Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and managing large, complex deals. - Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills and ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with senior executives. - Ability to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience working with global or enterprise clients. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., sales or IT service management) are a plus.
