Job Title: Sales Recruiter & Customer Relationship Manager Location: Noida (100% Onsite) Experience Required: 4-9 Years Shift: Night Shift Preference: Female candidates preferred (Local candidates only) Immediate joiners preferred Position Overview We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage both sales recruitment and customer relationship responsibilities. The role requires strong communication, structured coordination, and the ability to manage candidate pipelines while maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This position is fully onsite in Noida. Key Responsibilities • Managed client accounts as the primary point of contact for queries, issues, and service follow-ups. • Built and maintained long-term relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention. • Understood client requirements and coordinated with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of expectations. • Maintained detailed documentation of customer interactions, service updates, and feedback through CRM tools. • Analyzed customer data to identify process gaps and suggested improvements. • Handled escalations professionally and ensured timely resolution. Sales Recruitment Responsibilities • Managed end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting profiles. • Coordinated interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle. • Created and maintained a structured pipeline of qualified sales candidates for ongoing and future requirements. • Engaged with candidates to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and role alignment. • Provided timely updates to hiring managers and ensured alignment with manpower needs. • Maintained accurate recruitment records, status reports, and hiring documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, sales recruitment, or similar client-facing and talent acquisition roles. • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats. • Strong interpersonal, evaluation, and problem-solving skills. • Experience using CRM tools, recruitment platforms, and MS Office. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and maintain structured workflows. • Professional approach with a customer-centric mindset. • Comfortable working independently in a fully onsite environment.
