Position: Manager - Corporate Sales Location: Mumbai (Sion) Experience: 2 - 6 years Industry: EdTech / Financial Training / Corporate Learning / BFSI Type: Full-time | On-site Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new corporate clients for FinXpert's training and learning programs. - Pitch corporate training solutions to HR, L&D, and business heads across industries. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline - from lead generation to deal closure. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to understand training needs. - Develop customized training proposals in collaboration with the content and delivery team. - Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. - Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure seamless program execution. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging learning requirements. Desired Candidate Profile - 2-7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Training Sales / Institutional Sales / Learning Solutions Sales. - Strong network with HR, L&D, and Training Heads across corporates. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven with the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Experience in selling training programs, workshops, or learning solutions is highly preferred. - MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing / HR / Business Management will be an added advantage.
