We are now looking for Travel Desk Admin Executives who are eager to begin their careers in international travel operations. Role Overview: This is an excellent kickstart opportunity for freshers to gain international exposure while working with UK clients. As a Travel Desk Admin Executive, you will handle backend travel support operations, ensure accuracy in bookings, assist with administrative travel tasks, and coordinate with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support for travel bookings, reservations, and related documentation. - Manage customer queries and ensure timely resolution through emails, chats, or calls. - Maintain travel records, itineraries, and invoices accurately. - Coordinate with UK counterparts to ensure smooth workflow and process adherence. - Work in rotational shifts to support UK travel operations. - Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome). - Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry). - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
