We are a leading provider of comprehensive software testing services specializing in functional automation performance and security testing Our services cater to startups and SMEs helping them ensure quality software delivery We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Associate to fuel growth through lead generation on LinkedIn and proposal submissions on Upwork Key Responsibilities Proposal Submission on Upwork Identify relevant projects in software testing and software services Craft and submit tailored proposals on Upwork showcasing our expertise and value proposition Follow up on proposals communicate with potential clients and negotiate project terms to increase conversion rates Lead Generation on LinkedIn Research and engage with potential clients in the software development and IT services sectors Build relationships with key decision-makers CTOs CEOs Project Managers to generate qualified leads Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling outreach strategies Requirements Bachelor s degree in IT MBA or related fields fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle and QA processes is an added advantage Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear persuasive manner Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Commission pay Work Location In person
