join our team at IQJITA We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketer to promote our institution s educational programs and offerings directly to potential customers through face-to-face interactions events and other field-based marketing activities The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for customer engagement and the ability to drive brand awareness and sales in a target region Key Responsibilities Community Outreach Represent the institution at schools career fairs events and community gatherings to promote programs and services Lead Generation Identify prospective students by engaging with parents students and community leaders and collect inquiries for follow-up by the admissions team Program Promotion Clearly communicate the institution s vision courses benefits and unique selling points to potential stakeholders Event Coordination Organize and participate in open houses campus tours roadshows and informational sessions Partnership Building Establish and maintain relationships with schools educational consultants and local organizations to create a steady pipeline of prospects Market Insights Gather feedback from the field about competitors student needs and market trends to inform marketing strategies Reporting Track and report the outcomes of campaigns events and lead generation activities to the marketing admissions team Requirements Education Any degree Experience Prior experience in field marketing education counseling or admissions is a plus preferred Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences including students parents and community leaders Other Requirements Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities Interested candidate can share cv to 7034333899 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
