We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and driving company growth through effective sales and marketing strategies Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking social media and cold calling Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Present and promote products services to prospective customers Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and customer needs Prepare business proposals quotations and presentations Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Represent the company in meetings exhibitions and promotional events Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Proven experience as a Business Development Executive Sales Executive or similar role Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in insert industry - e g education IT real estate FMCG etc Knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation Understanding of local market dynamics Salary Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Career growth and training opportunities Supportive and dynamic work environment Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 705 20 per month Work Location In person
