About the Role

Were hiring experienced accountants (B.Com or MBA, 34 years) to join our Client Delivery team at Maximor. This isnt traditional outsourced accounting youll be on the frontlines of AI-driven finance delivery for global clients, managing books, reconciliations, reporting, and close processes with cutting-edge automation tools.

What Youll Do

- Manage day-to-day accounting ops for international clients bookkeeping, JEs, reconciliations, AP/AR.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for client stakeholders.
- Partner with delivery leads to scope and execute end-to-end client workflows.
- Work directly with our AI + product teams to test, refine, and scale automation.
- Be the bridge between clients, delivery, and product turning messy real-world workflows into clean, explainable outcomes.

Who You Are

- B.Com or MBA in Finance with 34 years accounting experience (corporate finance, outsourced accounting, or shared services).
- Solid understanding of reconciliations, reporting, and global accounting workflows.
- Hands-on with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
- Curious about how AI is reshaping finance eager to learn and grow.
