The Role
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Bangalore team at an exciting stage of our Indian and global growth. This is a 360° sales role, ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts: discovery, tours, negotiation, closure, and post-sale account management
- Develop tailored, consultative solutions for tenants, aligning workspace offerings to business requirements
- Build and nurture partnerships with landlords, operators, and other agents to maximise revenue and unlock strategic opportunities
- Convert opportunities into revenue and growth for the business
- Leverage our CRM and analytics to maintain pipelines, track opportunities, monitor account performance, and capture actionable insights
- Collaborate with your team for consistent delivery and success across sales, negotiations, and relationship management
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in flexible workspace sales or commercial real estate
- Impressive track record closing deals
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communicator, confident on phone, video, and in-person
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
