Job Description Job Title: CRM Specialist Location: Gurugram(on site) Experience Required: 35 Years Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field) Salary: Up to 6 LPA About the Role- We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer data, communication flows, and CRM operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining CRM databases, supporting sales and marketing teams, and ensuring smooth operation of workflows and customer journeys. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective CRM management. Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring accurate customer data, segmentation, and regular system updates. Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls, ensuring timely and professional resolutions. Build and optimize workflows, automation sequences, and customer communication journeys. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Support lead management activities including lead assignment, tracking, and pipeline monitoring. Ensure data hygiene by performing regular data cleanup, deduplication, and validation tasks. Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns, customer segmentation, and performance analysis. Coordinate with internal departments to enhance customer experience and resolve escalations. Monitor CRM performance and identify opportunities for process improvements or system enhancements. Maintain dashboards, update sales activities, and track customer lifecycle metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 35 years of experience in CRM operations with hands-on experience in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar (mandatory). Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, lead funnels, segmentation, and CRM reporting. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills across chat, email, and phone. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM dashboards, and data analysis tools. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills- CRM experience with Shopify stores or Shopify-integrated tools is a strong plus. Experience with CRM automations, integrations, and workflow tools. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo. Familiarity with sales processes, pipelines, and customer retention strategies. Basic understanding of analytics dashboards and visualization tools.
