Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager with 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development in the interior design and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing potential clients, and driving sales through effective relationship management. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods to build a robust sales pipeline. Lead Management: Manage the flow of leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Client Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with company services and offerings. Sales Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments between potential clients and the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel. Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and move them toward closing deals. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups to enhance client acquisition. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring long-term engagement and loyalty. Key Requirements Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development within the interior design and fit-out industry. Lead Generation Skills: Proven experience in cold calling and networking to generate leads and build a sales pipeline. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential clients. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on maintaining follow-ups and managing multiple leads. Sales Support: Ability to work closely with the sales team and assist in driving deals to closure. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the interior design and fit-out industry, including key players, trends, and client needs. 2 Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working with CRM systems and lead management software. Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to influence decision-making.
