We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Lead with 7-8 years of experience in the real estate industry to spearhead business development and growth initiatives The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities formulating business strategies and leading the execution of sales and marketing plans to drive revenue This role involves working closely with senior management to align business goals managing key client relationships and overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle from market research and feasibility studies to positioning pricing and sales execution Strong analytical skills a solid understanding of real estate trends and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential The candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets managing large transactions and developing successful go-to-market strategies Experience with residential and or commercial real estate projects investor relations and channel partner management is highly desirable Familiarity with CRM platforms digital marketing tools and real estate regulatory frameworks such as RERA will be an added advantage A bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field is required while an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a leadership role in shaping the growth and success of a forward-thinking real estate organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Work Location In person
