Elite Relationship Manager-household-branch Banking-relationship Management

Job Category Consumer Bank Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As an Elite Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and their households Your primary goal is to understand their financial needs and goals and provide them with personalized banking solutions This role requires excellent relationship-building skills a deep understanding of financial products and the ability to cross-sell and up-sell bank services Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers Build strong relationships with clients understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice Cross-sell and promote the bank s products and services including deposits loans investments and insurance Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients Handle client complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and build its reputation Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times Qualifications A bachelor s degree in finance business or a related field is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role preferably in the banking industry Strong knowledge of financial products and services including banking investments and insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high-quality client base Ability to work independently and manage a complex portfolio of clients Proficiency in using banking software and tools for relationship management Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and a results-driven mindset
