Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in ecommerce to optimize business processes.
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the companys overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Foster a culture of loyalty, responsibility, and excellence within the team.
- Identify potential customer and takes it as an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Building and managing the relationship with current customers and increasing the reach by adding new customers for our top-line sales growth.
- Identify the Customers needs and suggest appropriate products to meet his requirement.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to grab all new/possible sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings/calls with customers to finalize various deals & promotions.
- Monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly achievements & shortcomings against targets.
- Coordinating with internal & external stakeholder related to system communication for smooth functioning of Backend.
- Keeping an eye on business profitability and reporting on a regular basis
- Keep an eye on best practices in the market and work on related improvement areas.
