**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Management**: Assist in creating and maintaining accurate product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).
- **Content Creation**: Help in creating product descriptions, images, and other marketing materials to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends to suggest improvements in product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- **Order Fulfillment Support**: Assist the e-commerce team with order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Assist in tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.**:

- **Familiarity with e-commerce platforms** (such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar).
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Attention to detail** and ability to work with large sets of data.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Suite.
- **Basic understanding of design tools** (like Canva, Photoshop) is a plus but not required.
- **Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented approach.**
