Job Description

1. Identify & Recruit a team of individuals who are interested in Life Insurance Business and can be groomed as Business Partners / Agency Leaders / Business Associates

2. Train the BP / AL / BA to recruit Advisors / Agents

3. Train the entire distibution force (BP/AL/BA and Advisors / Agents) on products of the company and the SALES Process.

4. Develop the entire distribution force on the Sales Process by doing joint sales calls.
