We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager from an IT background who will be a key member of the overall portfolio, working with a group of skilled and motivated individuals focused on identifying innovative strategies that can be integrated into the Platform in order to continue to provide an excellent experience.Experience- 5-6 YearsNotice Period- 0-15 days orimmediate joiners are also preferredMode of Hire- Work from office onlyLocation- BengaluruResponsibilities:Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Expert in software selling- Website and Mobile Application selling.Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment settings.Coordinating with marketing on lead generation, promoting the organization and products.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales leads, and increase revenueProvides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Managing Director.Requirements:MBA in sales and marketing preferably with an engineering and IT background.Successful previous experience as enterprise sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Should have experience in Handling and Managing Enterprise Accounts and Tender Management.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to determine appropriate priorities and be self-directed, strong negotiator, collaborator, and team player.Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast work pace, managing multiple priorities simultaneously often under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.Ability to achieve results in the absence of overt guidance is expected Hiring an enterprise sales manager identifies opportunities to boost sales and profitability by leading a sales team and provides guidance, training, and mentorship. An enterprise sales manager is responsible for the management of organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and managing existing clientsMust have work experience of 5-6 years with experience in enterprise business, corporate sales, and key account management in IT Industry knowledge of enterprise/corporate customers, preferably in the sales departmentLooking for candidates who are available immediately or with a notice period of a maximum of 15 days.
