We are completely digitally driven, and the entire loan application process can be carried out online. We Provide Unsecured loans for up to Rs 1,50,000/- with easy and affordable instalment options. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fintech Partnership and Alliances Manager to drive our various business lines forward through strategic partnerships and alliances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive growth and enhance product offerings in personal loans, credit cards, vehicle finance, home loans (HL), and other business lines. 2. Identify potential partners, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize partnerships that align with our strategic goals. 3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, including technology providers and financial institutions. 4. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities and ensure effective communication and collaboration. 5. Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process with partners. 6. Ensure agreements are aligned with business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements. 7. Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, legal, and compliance to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partnership initiatives. 8. Drive the In-house Vehicle finance Sales Vertical. 9. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support partnership launches and ongoing management. 10. Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance, including key metrics and insights. 11. Identify and leverage innovative fintech solutions to enhance our product offerings and customer experience. 12. Explore new business models and opportunities to drive growth and differentiation in the market. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry. 3. Deep understanding of personal loans, credit cards, vehicle finance, home loans, business loans, and other financial products. 4. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. 6. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
