**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive **Partnerships and Alliances Associate** to spearhead collaboration efforts and manage strategic relationships. This role demands someone who can identify opportunities, pitch effectively, and nurture strong partnerships while ensuring successful project delivery and account management.
**Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential partners and clients aligned with mission.
- Research and build a robust pipeline for new business opportunities.
- Devise strategies for lead generation through multiple channels.
**Pitching & Negotiation**:
- Create compelling pitches and presentations tailored to prospective partners.
- Communicate value proposition effectively to clients.
- Lead pitch meetings and close partnerships that drive mutual growth.
**Account Management**:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners and clients.
- Build, maintain, and enhance strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
**Must-Have Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in partnerships, business development, or account management in the **agency, youth, or digital media sectors**.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to craft persuasive pitches and handle client relationships effectively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven track record in closing deals and meeting revenue goals.
- **Project Management**: Skilled at managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions and optimize client outcomes.
- **Self-Motivation**: A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
- Experience working in the **student or education sector**.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Understanding of event management and youth-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad market and regional business networks.
