strategy we are seeking a talented and motivated Junior BIM Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune Job Responsibilities BIM Modeling Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and other BIM software Design Coordination Assist in the coordination of architectural designs with structural MEP and other disciplines Documentation Prepare detailed architectural drawings plans sections and elevations based on project requirements Collaboration Work closely with senior architects project managers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects Quality Control Ensure all BIM models and drawings adhere to company standards and project specifications Software Proficiency Utilize BIM software to create and update 3D models clash detection and quantity takeoffs Project Support Provide support in various phases of project development including design documentation and construction Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field Experience 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural design Software Skills Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Navisworks and other BIM-related software Technical Skills Strong understanding of BIM principles standards and best practices Attention to Detail Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills Team Player Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with parametric modeling and family creation in Revit Knowledge of building codes and BIM Software Familiarity with other BIM-related software tools Beginner to Mid level Technical Skills BIM Principles An understanding of BIM principles standards and best practices Detail-Oriented High attention to detail and accuracy in creating and managing BIM models Optional Parametric Modeling Experience with parametric modeling and family creation in Revit is preferred Optional Building Codes Knowledge Awareness of building codes and regulations Optional Communication Skills Verbal and Written Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
