As a BIM Architect at Elephant Creations, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual designs into tangible, data-rich models that inform the entire lifecycle of a construction project. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive BIM solutions that enhance project coordination, visualization, and decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models using Revit, Rhinoceros and Grasshopper based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure BIM models accurately represent design intent and meet project requirements.
- **Information Management**: Manage BIM data and documentation, including model setup, parameters, and project standards.
- **Visualization**: Generate high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual reality (VR) experiences to communicate design concepts and facilitate client presentations.
- **Clash Detection**: Conduct clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts between building elements, systems, and disciplines.
- **Documentation**: Prepare construction documents, shop drawings, and quantity takeoffs derived from BIM models.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and technical support to project team members on BIM software tools and workflows.
- **Innovation**: Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and methodologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Elephant Creations' BIM capabilities.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with clients to understand their BIM requirements, address concerns, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) working in a BIM-related role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper & Navisworks)..
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certifications (LEED) is a plus.
