**Role Description**

This is a remote, full-time role for a BIM Architect specializing in Interior Design. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing detailed building information models (BIM) with a focus on interior spaces. The role requires collaboration with designers, architects, and project teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all interior design models with project specifications and industry standards.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience as a BIM Architect, with specific expertise in interior design projects

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Proven experience working remotely or with distributed teams

Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit; experience with visualization software like Enscape or Lumion is a plus

Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and construction documentation

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM in interior design projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing BIM models and interior design documentation
