Position Overview:   We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seller Support professional to join our Partner Performance 3P Team. The ideal candidate will have strong email communication skills, and excellent logical reasoning. As part of the team, you will be tasked with the responsibility of reviewing seller suspension appeals, making decisions to approve or deny these appeals based on guidance from Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and sending performance alerts to sellers via email. Key Responsibilities: ·         Case Review: Review and assess seller suspension appeals in line with established SOPs and make decisions to approve or deny appeals based on the analysis of the provided information. ·         Email Communication: Send performance alerts to sellers via email, manage email correspondence with sellers, addressing queries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. ·         Salesforce Management: Use Salesforce to work on assigned cases. This includes updating all relevant fields, Updating the case status as required and adding appropriate notes. ·         Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all appeals and alert communications on trackers. ·         Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive operations and alignment of goals.   Required Skills & Qualifications:   Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in seller support, customer service, or a related role. Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Attributes: Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Adaptable and open to feedback.     Shift Timing: The project is operational 24x7, 365 days a year. Current shifts are 7.00am to 4pm, 1pm to 10pm, 10pm to 7am with 2 days off.
