**Job Requirements**
- Good Spoken & Written English Communication Skills
- 1-2 years of Call Center folks experience in US/ UK voice process.
- Experience in calling or call audits ( US calling).
- Ready for night shift ( US time zone).
- Basic MS Office Knowledge
- Internet-savvy
