- Are a natural communicator in writing and on calls

- Know how to build trust and turn cold leads into warm ones
- Are consistent with follow-ups and obsessed with results

- Are ready to learn fast, take initiative, and make it happen

Your actual work

- Digging into industries and figuring out what they really need (low-key detective vibes)
- Finding the right decision makers no matter where theyre hiding
- Writing outreach messages that sound like you, not a bot, and actually get replies
- Listening to peoples challenges and pitching smart, no-fluff solutions.
- Setting up calls, leading convos, and fully owning the room
- Following up, negotiating, and closing the deal because youre not here to just start convos
