Lead Generation Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to fill our Lead Generation Specialist position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads in the IT and Recruitment Services industry, playing a critical part in driving business forward by connecting with potential clients and generating new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various techniques and tools to identify and target potential clients in the IT and Recruitment Services industry.
  • Develop and execute effective outbound email and cold-calling campaigns to engage with prospects and initiate discussions.
  • Audit and evaluate leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with our services.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads to build and nurture relationships, and provide ongoing assistance and support.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for further sales process progression.
  • Accurately record and update lead interactions and activities in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT or Recruitment Services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle objections effectively.
