We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to join our high-energy sales team. In this role, youll play a key part in fueling our growth engine by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients and setting up meetings that matter.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves B2B sales, market research, and outreach, and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

- Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, company websites, social media, and databases.
- Run outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects based on need, budget, authority, and interest.
- Maintain accurate data and track interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to sharpen targeting strategies.
- Book discovery calls / demos for the sales team.
- Follow up on inbound leads and ensure quick qualification.
- Report key metrics such as lead count, conversions, and activity levels.

What Were Looking For

- Bachelors degree (any discipline).
- 24 years of experience in lead generation / inside sales / business development (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus).
- Comfortable with cold outreach and confident in handling objections.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Knowledge of the sales funnel & lead qualification models.
- Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or consulting.
