Job: Lead Generation Executive (On-site)

Location: Cerebrum IT Park - B3, Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Work Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM (US shifts)

Vacancies: 10 (Instant Hiring)

Salary: 3-12 LPA + Per Lead Incentive Structure

We're hiring Lead Generation Executive s to join our growing team. If you have experience in Mass Tort tele calling or B2C/B2B cold calling for the US/UK market, you're welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibility:

  • Execute inbound lead generation strategies
  • Qualify leads through calls, forms, and digital outreach
  • Collaborate with sales and the US intake team
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing Mass Tort litigations and criteria

Qualification:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2C/B2B dialing
  • Strong spoken English is a must
  • Ability to work independently and hit targets consistently
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
