Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales) with field sales experience to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outbound sales, this is the right opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and field visits.

- Field Sales & Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to demonstrate MyOperator's solutions and close deals.

- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions.

- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.

- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.

- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review.

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or field sales.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales/IT Sales, or cloud telephony solutions is a plus.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Field sales experience is a must - ability to meet clients and close deals in person.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
