Profile - Business Development Executives
(Inside sales team for outbound sales )
Type of employment - Training+FTE
CTC - upto 5lpa plus incentives
Location -Noida and Bangalore
KRAs
1. Take prospects from the initial contact phase to the qualified phase over the phone.
2. Present product solutions virtually / over-call.
3. Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them into sales.
4. Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
5. Respond quickly to assigned leads.
6. Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree.
2. Proven experience in direct sales/Telesales, with a focus in the education segment.
3. Excellent communication (Hindi & English)
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
