Their proprietary technology stack enhances customer experience through features like WhatsApp Order verification and tracking notifications.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Pune at QuickShift. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and using analytical skills to optimize account performance on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
- Experience in Key Accounts and Account Management
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or related field
