Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Key Account Manager for large GCC Account.
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of key account, creating and implementing account plan and business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing thought leadership in space of Software Product Development Proven experience in key account management and business planning
- 10+ years of experience working with GCC for ISVs in India
- Strong experience in Outsourced Product Development (OPD) selling to ISVs
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience in managing and growing key accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Sound understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required
- Experience in the software industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
